I just discovered that, when asked to display DHGR (or 80 column text,
and probably DGR) page 2 (80STORE off, PAGE2 on), microM8 displays page 1.

Brian,
I am mot a user of that emulator but I wonder whether you are certain of it or not.

Did you try games from the Maxx Out series of Epyx that used the two pages of DHGR?

For DGR, I have no idea of a test program.

Maybe Marc Golombeck's new Applesoft DGR library to test page 2?

I don't usually use microM8, either; but i was playing with it.

I didn't try any of those games.

I discovered this bug with the view feature of Hairball--a ProDOS
filesystem browswer that i wrote in AppleSoft--which uses page 2 for HGR
& DHGR ever since it grew beyond 6k. (It works fine in GSplus, etc, and
AppleWin.)

It might be that some other softswitch needs to be accessed first.

Under Sweet16, for DHGR, the graphics switch at $C050 & $C057 need to be accessed before $C05E, or the Aux portion of the graphics screen won't display.
